Bike reservations are only possible ONLINE or IN STORE.
A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required upon booking. The remaining amount is then due 5 days before the start of the rental. You will receive an invoice. For bookings made within 5
days before the start of the rental, the total amount is due.
If the remaining amount is not paid within 48 hours before the start of the rental, the reservation will be canceled without the deposit being credited.
Cancellations (e.g. due to weather, illness, vacation cancellation, etc.) will not be refunded.
Minimum fee: 1 DAY (9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)
For booked and prepaid mountain and e-bikes, the daily rate (1 calendar day) applies from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
